In this 2-hour virtual cook-along class you will learn the art of creating whole food, plant-based desserts that boast digestibility and exquisite quality —and most importantly, you will create your very own whole food, plant-based French-style fruit tart to savor solo, or share with whomever you wish!

This class is simple enough for a beginner and elegant enough for a seasoned cook or baker.




In this class, You will:

  • Learn tested recipe principles and ingredient pairings that result in amazing desserts -every time

  • Have fun enjoying dessert that is light, yet flavorful + nutrient-dense

  • Create a whole food, plant-based, gluten-free pressed crust

Format: Cook-Along

Together we will make the crust + custard filling, and prepare the fruit + glaze. You can also choose to watch and make your own after the class if you prefer however, cooking along is highly encouraged to get the most out of the class!

I TEACH WOMEN STRUGGLING WITH FOOD SENSITIVITIES HOW TO COOK WHOLE FOOD, PLANT-BASED, WITH AN AYURVEDIC LENS, SO THAT THEY CAN IMPROVE DIGESTION AND DEEPEN THEIR RELATIONSHIP TO FOOD.

I am a certified Natural Chef through Bauman College in Berkeley, California, a certified Raw Dessert Chef through Crystal Dawn Culinary,  and an Ayurvedic Chef through Divya Alter’s Ayurvedic Nutrition and Culinary Training (ANACT) in New York City. I am skilled in therapeutic and allergy-free cooking, and love creating sensational sugar-free desserts.
